WHO WE ARE

Dorothy Wainwright started the company out of her home in 1951.

In 1954 Dorothy and her husband Bob opened the first Wainwright office at 26th Street and Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach.

Their son Bob Jr. joined in 1968, and began offering agents the World's Best Commission Split in 1988. Bob III joined in 1995.

Today, Wainwright Real Estate is in the top three percent of all Hampton Roads real estate companies. More than 700 agents call Wainwright home and are able to make more than any other agents in the business. You could be one of them.
